About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition to join our team at Personio. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our business functions across Europe, with a focus on recruiting top sales and marketing talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our talent acquisition strategy, aligned with Personio's growth objectives, with a focus on our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive the growth of our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing functions.
- Oversee the day-to-day recruitment for our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing teams across Europe, partnering with internal teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing leaders to help achieve their hiring goals, establishing and monitoring team metrics and individual KPIs for the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends across Europe, surfacing relevant insights for our leadership teams, and implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within our recruiting process.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition with people leadership scope, with a proven track record supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
- Experience supporting the DACH market is required.
- Proven success leading scaling and leading teams, with a track record of growth and development to drive high performance.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing roles, competencies, and market trends.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders.
- Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.
