KDN Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Quality and Enablement Specialist to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Audit department, you will play a critical role in driving Audit Quality and achieving Operational Excellence.

• Drive Audit Quality Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance audit quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Enable Member Firms: Collaborate with member firms to provide training, support, and resources to enhance their audit capabilities and ensure consistency with KPMG's audit standards.
• Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and procedures, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including audit teams, member firms, and senior leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong Audit Knowledge: Proven experience in audit quality and enablement, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
