Bij WerkTalent zoeken we een ervaren Manufacturing Engineer die zich kan inzetten voor de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van processen binnen onze afdeling Operations. Als Manufacturing Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van processen, producten en verwerkingsmethodes op verzoek van (interne) klanten.

Je zult werken aan de verbetering van de veiligheid, capaciteit, kwaliteit en kosten van onze productieprocessen. Dit doe je door vroegtijdig te participeren in ontwikkelprojecten en een goede werkvoorbereiding te realiseren.

Als Manufacturing Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen het Service Center Eindhoven voor diverse technische vraagstukken om verbeteringen en wijzigingen door te voeren aan het product en in het proces.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Ontwikkelen, ontwerpen en verbeteren van processen, producten en verwerkingsmethodes
  • Werkvoorbereiding voor de werkvloer
  • Optimale verwerking van de verpakkingen
  • Documenteren van alle benodigde (technische) gegevens in het ERP systeem
  • Leveren van periodiek en op verzoek overzichten en rapportages
  • Leven van bedrijfsvoorschriften en protocollen op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu en orde/netheid
Eisen en wensen
  • HBO/WO niveau met een technische achtergrond
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
