Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Lead by example, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring service, productivity, and safety standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inbound and order picking processes, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on bike fleets to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including shelves and sanitary facilities.
- Onboarding and Training: Train new riders and pickers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the logistics, retail, and/or catering sector.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and stimulate team members.
- Availability: Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Education: A degree is not necessary, but relevant experience and skills are essential.
- Competitive Salary: Salary in accordance with E-commerce CLA: €2300 - €2500 based on 40 hours excluding holiday pay.
