About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Transmission and Distribution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects related to transmission and distribution networks, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet the required quality, time, and budget standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent or minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on transmission and distribution projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, including HV substations and primary, control, and protection equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
