E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at Proforto, the leading online provider of workwear, shoes, and personal protective equipment in Europe. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and optimize product categories, including product assortment, pricing, and merchandising
- Lead and support category teams in managing product categories, with a strong focus on margin, assortment, positioning, merchandising, and inventory
- Develop and implement growth strategies to continuously improve the team
- Identify new opportunities and threats in the market and develop targeted strategies
- Coordinate the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with category teams and ensure effective execution and follow-up
- Analyze and act on product category data, working closely with category teams and other stakeholders to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges
- Ensure the successful integration of new brands and products into our assortment, coordinating their launch and promotion, and closely monitoring their performance
- Develop and implement tactics and strategies for various Product Market Combinations (PMCs) and ensure seamless execution
- Support and lead category managers and other online team members in their daily and weekly work, providing hands-on leadership and being willing to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and delivery times, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency
- Monitor the competition, market offerings, and prices, ensuring we stay ahead by proactively responding to market changes and price trends

Requirements:- HBO+/WO work and thinking level
- 7+ years of relevant (E-commerce) work experience
- You embody our core values
- Strong in taking initiative, problem-solving, and organizing
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing
