Job Description

MULTI.engineering is currently seeking a Project Engineer Cable Installation to join the team of our client in the south of the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will assist the tender and project teams with engineering support during both preparation and execution phases.
  • You will perform calculations and Orcaflex simulations for cable installation analyses to develop installation methodologies and determine limiting criteria.
  • You will have the opportunity to go offshore and perform site visits and site inspections.

Requirements

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience in offshore projects or be a motivated starter.
  • You must have a Bachelor or Master degree in Offshore Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • You must have knowledge of Naval architect subjects such as vessel hydrodynamics, mooring, vessel stability, and Dynamic Positioning.
  • You must have strong analytical skills with a critical view towards the tasks to be carried out.
  • You must have excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • You must have quality and planning awareness.
