About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hellios Information BV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate Customer Data: Ensure seamless onboarding and validate online questionnaires with precision.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Offer onboarding support, log customer records accurately, and advise on fee payments.
  • Utilize Validation Processes: Implement process improvements, actively participate in team meetings, and escalate customer issues when necessary.
  • Customer Support: Make outbound calls to explain service benefits, log customer contact, activity, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements

To succeed as a Client Success Specialist, you will need:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Data Management Skills: Working knowledge of data management, analysis, and process improvement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate with a confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: Includes blended working, 25 days holiday per annum, holiday allowance, home-to-work travel expenses, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
