Facility Management Intern

We are a pioneer in genomic analysis, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our Facility department as a Facility Intern. As a Facility Intern, you will be responsible for Facility Management and Information System (FMIS) development, integrating periodic maintenance planning and reporting into FMIS, assessing and evaluating BaseClear's facility suppliers, improving and setting up Service Level Agreements with suppliers, and handling critical and day-to-day tickets in FMIS.
Main tasks during your internship
- Develop and implement FMIS to improve facility management processes
- Evaluate and recommend facility suppliers to ensure high-quality services
- Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient services
- Manage and resolve critical and day-to-day tickets in FMIS to ensure smooth facility operations
Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of finances and software configuration skills
- Background or interest in working in a life science environment
