About the Role

At Lineage, we're on a mission to feed the world sustainably. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the temperature-controlled logistics space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential new customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a structured and professional organization, preferably with a multinational presence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
