Junior Learning & Development Specialist (0.6FTE)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) with updated training materials; Track and report on employee progress within our Corporate Training Program, conducting bi-weekly evaluations; Collect feedback from training sessions to identify strengths and areas for improvement; Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by managing their integration; Utilize creativity in developing training resources, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

A Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, or a related discipline; A solid grasp of learning methodologies; Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous; Excellent communication skills, as you will interact with diverse individuals; A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach—always seeking ways to contribute and enhance processes; Strong attention to detail—precision is crucial in all tasks.
