Salary and Benefits:
This role provides first-line HR support to managers and employees while also taking ownership of specific HR services or subject areas. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant international General Affairs work experience and be able to communicate in Dutch and English. The salary is up to €65k gross depending on experience, with flexible working hours from 8:45 until 5:30, a 45-minute lunchbreak, and hybrid working after probation.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting employees on a wide range of operations topics through HRM systems.
- Owning the complete onboarding and offboarding process.
- Ensuring compliance with local HR laws in different countries.
- Providing support in benefits-related questions and enrolment.
- Acting as the technical point of contact and system administrator of HRMS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant international General Affairs work experience, proficiency in Dutch and English, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience managing HR issues, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of HRIS tools such as Moorepay are also desirable.
