Rotating Equipment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in rotating equipment to lead the technical integrity and availability of our plant assets. The successful candidate will ensure compliance to all internal and external regulations, define necessary replacement and improvement projects, and lead implementation of methodologies such as Criticality Assessment and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

• Technical Integrity and Availability: Guarantee the operational readiness of our rotating equipment, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to License to Operate.
• Project Management: Develop and implement replacement and improvement projects, including Asset Life Planning of rotating equipment and scoping of investment projects.
• Maintenance Leadership: Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams, participating in cyclic, engineering, and operational breakdown analyses.
• Expertise Development: Maintain a high level of discipline-specific knowledge, contributing to cyclic and engineering breakdown analyses.
