About the Team

ZF's Global Treasury team is responsible for managing the group's cash and financial risks. As a Front Office Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in providing vital support to the business by optimizing FX and interest results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage FX and cash management activities regionally and globally to optimize FX and interest results.
  • Analyze cash forecast and determine the most efficient short-term financing, investment, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Execute hedging transactions to reduce FX cash flow and balance sheet exposures.
  • Manage relationships with banks' foreign exchange desks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Support and establish standards for daily cash disposition, cash forecasting, and liquidity reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Treasury/Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or data science qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in cash management and foreign exchange at a large multinational company.
  • Track record of continuous improvement and ability to work under stress with tight deadlines.
  • Strong team and communication skills, interest in financial markets, and process automation.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
