About the Role

As a SEA Specialist for Skydreams, you will be part of the Performance Marketing team. Together with the other marketeers, our mission is to attract our audience to our platform all over the world. With data-driven strategies, we elevate our campaigns to new heights. You will conduct data analyses and perform A/B tests on both campaigns and landing pages. You'll translate raw data into advanced insights and optimise our campaigns for our international (moving) platforms, with focus on both B2C and B2B audiences. You'll build various search campaigns, taking into account the right targeting and bidding strategy. With your proven expertise, we'll maximise our campaign performance and grow globally. We are constantly improving ourselves and offer you plenty of room to experiment with innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for a part of our international SEA campaigns.
- Use tools like Supermetrics to pull data to create reports and take actions on your findings.
- Build experiments around landing pages with help of A/B test software.
- Work together with the other specialists, to learn from each other.
- Teamup with all the stakeholders in the Skydreams brand.
- Experiment with different bidding strategies, campaign structures and ads.
- Collaborate with the Google and Microsoft account management teams to work together on shared projects.

Requirements

- Minimal 2 years of experience as a SEA specialist or a similar role.
- Data-driven and you have an interest in tracking, data analysis and data processing.
- Results-oriented and driven to elevate the ROI to new heights.
- Skilled in SEA-related tools like AW / Microsoft editor, GA4, (s)GTM, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and A/B test software.
- You are a communicative team player.
- Accurate way of working and strong planning and organisational skills.
- The salary range for this role is between 3500 and 4500 per month, based on experience and the knowledge you bring.
