About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Loader/Unloader to join our Warehouse Operations team at Tempo Team. As a Loader/Unloader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload containers, trailers, and pallets with precision and efficiency
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Process and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and meet customer demands
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software
