Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Brambles. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Plant Manager in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) program.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with BRC, ISO, FDA, and customer standards.
  • Lead the GMP audits throughout the site, ensuring that all quality documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Own all activities related to pest control and quality-related training, ensuring that the workforce is trained on time.
  • Ensure testing of containers in line with our quality validation and verification plan for allergens, pathogens, swab testing, and wetness testing.
  • Perform regular product audits to ensure quality standards are met.

Preferred Education

Diploma

1-3 years
