Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, paying attention to every detail to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge in areas such as cleaning techniques, guest service, and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is required, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is essential.
  • A passion for cleaning and attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Availability to work full-time is required, as we are a 24/7 operation.
