Rituals is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our S&OP team as an intern. As an S&OP intern, you will play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, collaborating with sales channels, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure the best demand forecast for all products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Sr. S&OP commercial planner in calculating demand volumes, data-driven analyses, and presentations.
- Work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers and validate inputs from our business stakeholders.
- Analyze and review forecasting accuracy monthly in collaboration with the lines of business.
- Work together with other stakeholders within supply chain to handover the FC volumes in order to make sure the right volumes will be purchased and replenished to the specific channels.
- Currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with focus on Business Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Available as of September 2024 for 5 to 6 months, minimum 4 days a week.
- Strong stakeholder and communication management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills.
- Good command of the English language and Dutch is a pré (spoken and written).
- Keen to be the best in class but value teamwork, pro-active, eager to learn, and accurate.
- HBO-WO students get a compensation of 550,- euros based on 40 hours.
