About the Role

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor to join our team. As a Technical Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training to our organization, customers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for wind turbine technicians and engineers
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content
  • Mentor and coach instructors to improve their teaching skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in wind turbine technology
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wind energy industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines and related systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
