We are embarking on an exciting new phase to broaden and diversify our pipeline, with a focus on oncology, specifically CAR-T cell therapy, which represents a transformative approach to treating various cancer types. Through strategic acquisitions, we are advancing into next-generation cell therapies, leveraging a unique, decentralized manufacturing model that facilitates efficient treatment timelines and enhances patient accessibility.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to oversee the QC Lab Operations and QC Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the QC Lab Operations and QC Support teams, providing expert guidance on compliance and process management.
- Establish and execute both short-term and long-term strategies for testing processes, laboratory maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, and sample handling.
- Oversee the GMP readiness of internal laboratories and associated processes.
- Conduct risk assessments as necessary.
- Ensure that implemented processes are compliant, streamlined, and efficient.
- Collaborate across departments to align and communicate strategies and processes effectively.
- Draft, review, or approve procedures, protocols, and reports.
- Assist with compliance-related matters, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Support regulatory submissions and address inquiries from health authorities, including inspections.
