We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Inventory Specialist to join our team at Olympia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory data, reconciling discrepancies, and enhancing our inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process, analyze, and report the results of stock counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve differences between physical stock and records to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and propose structural solutions for process improvement to optimize inventory management.
- Process stock and storage changes in our system to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor stock levels and presence to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and statistics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records to support business operations.
- Identify and address irregularities in administrative data to maintain data quality.
- Strong logistics knowledge and experience with inventory management.
- Proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Availability to work day shifts and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- VGB and ELA certificates (upon request).
- EPT/Stacker, Reach truck, and OPT certificates.
- MBO working and thinking level.
