About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at D. S. A. Pattern. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and improving our trading strategies using advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our SQL data warehouse.
  • Build Python-based data analysis and visualization tools to monitor and optimize our trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with our trading team to improve trading results using data-driven insights.
  • Develop and test market hypotheses using statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Requirements
  • Excellent data analysis and scientific thinking skills, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Strong Python development skills, with experience in scientific Python stack (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, and SciPy).
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups and challenge thinking.
  • Ability to present complex ideas with data to expedite decision making.
  • Focus on pragmatic outcomes and ability to prioritize effectively.
