About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to work on complex pharmacovigilance projects, leveraging epidemiological expertise to identify and manage safety signals.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices, including time-to-event analysis, competing risks, and propensity score-based methods.

They will also possess knowledge of pharmacoepidemiological methods for safety signal detection and comparative analyses, as well as familiarity with real-world databases (e.g., MarketScan, PharMetrics, CPRD GOLD) and electronic health data sources.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Epidemiology or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with time-to-event analysis, competing risks, and propensity score-based methods.
  • Knowledge of pharmacoepidemiological methods for safety signal detection and comparative analyses.
  • Familiarity with real-world databases and electronic health data sources.
