HR Bridge Builder

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Client Relations Officer to build strong relationships with our clients, primarily hotels, restaurants, and holiday parks. This role involves working closely with our HR and Sales Managers to resolve daily queries and ensure smooth communication between departments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, as well as experience working in a multicultural environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject is also required.

About the Role:

• Main Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner, coach, and advisor for clients in general HR topics.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients and employees.
• Schedule regular visits to our clients to ensure they are satisfied.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Min. 1-2+ years of expertise in a HR/Project Management or similar role.
