In deze functie ben je werkzaam op het Sales Office van Vibrantz Technologies in Sittard en verantwoordelijk voor de service naar klanten en agents. Als Sales Assistant ben je een communicatieve en servicegerichte organisator die de salesmanagers ondersteunt.

De werkzaamheden die jij uitvoert:

  • Jij bent dagelijks contactpersoon voor klanten en agents binnen en buiten Europa betreffende prijzen, producten, monsters en orders
  • Inboeken van orders in SAP
  • Maken en versturen van rekeningen en bijbehorende documenten
  • Bieden van interne ondersteuning aan accountmanagers
  • Maken van prijslijsten en klantdossiers

Functie-eisen

Als Sales Assistant ben je proactief en kun je zelfstandig goed uit de voeten. Met een sterk gevoel voor verhoudingen binnen organisaties, ga je uiterst secuur te werk.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Beschikt over MBO commercieel werk- en denkniveau
  • De Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift beheerst. Kennis van de Duitse, Franse en Italiaanse taal is een pré
  • Kennis heeft van logistieke of verkoopprocessen
  • Bezit over uitstekende kennis van Word/Excel en ervaring met SAP

Heb je ervaring met exportdocumenten (eur1, CVO, ATR) en kennis van zee- en luchtvracht (LCL/FCL shipments en Groupage)? Dan zien wij dat als een grote pré
