Helm Next is a leading provider of cloud-based entertainment solutions, catering to millions of users worldwide. Our cutting-edge technology and innovative approach enable us to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement backend services using Go
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and backend engineers to build robust solutions
• Deploy and manage applications on GCP using Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, and Kubernetes
• Build and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs, ensuring authentication, authorization, and efficient data exchange
• Promote best practices through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Go
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and scalable cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is a plus
