Project Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Buyer at Resato Hydrogen Technology BV, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and negotiating supplier contracts for R&D projects and industrialization projects. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing purchasing strategies in line with project objectives and company policies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies in line with project objectives and company policies
• Purchase technical materials and services, handling operational, tactical, and strategic purchasing activities
• Request quotes, conduct negotiations, place purchase orders, contract, and evaluate supplier performance
• Translate internal customer demands to the supplier market and ensure a good connection
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure agreements are correctly recorded in purchase orders or contracts
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and use them to further develop the purchasing organization

Requirements:

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably a technical education and NEVI 1 education
• Work experience as a Project Purchaser in a technical (production) environment
• Chain thinker who can involve suppliers within their own supply chain and knowledge of purchasing agreements and legal aspects of contracting
• Good negotiator, structural thinker, strong communication skills, and analytical skills
• Good command of Dutch and English language, spoken and written, German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Ridder iQ
