Your Contribution to TenneT

Business Guidance (BGD) supports TenneT leaders with decision-making by providing strategic, operational, and financial planning advice. The Data, Analytics, and Process Excellence (DAP) team within BGD plays a crucial role in this effort. They create high-quality, trusted data assets and analytics that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate digital transformation, and promote a data-driven culture. Our team consists of forward-thinking professionals who drive change.

Your Responsibilities as Senior Key User SAP FI

  1. Be the SAP FI knowledge holder and configuration expert at TenneT.
  2. As a Key User, serve as the Business Guidance stakeholder for SAP towards TenneT's IT organization and suppliers.
  3. Support business improvement initiatives.
  4. Assist end-users with SAP-related questions, problems, and training.
  5. Guide the IT department in resolving SAP incidents.
  6. Manage SAP authorizations.
  7. Maintain and safeguard the master data setup of SAP.
  8. Monitor data quality and supervise SAP usage.
  9. Maintain documentation, working instructions, and training material for SAP.
  10. Guide the SAP change process, including requirement gathering, testing, documentation updates, and end-user communication.
  11. Advise on finance reporting.
  12. Collaborate with Senior Functional Business Analysts and Key Users in Business Guidance and Financial Governance (within the Netherlands and Germany).

Your Profile and Background

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling, or Technology Management (or similar).
  • You have proven knowledge and experience with SAP FICO, with knowledge in SAP PS, BW/4HANA, and SAP's reporting solutions being a plus.
  • You have 5 years of experience as a Key User or IT Consultant for SAP FICO or 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Financial Accountant working with SAP, with a drive to grow into a Senior Key User role.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner, and enjoy solving complex issues.
  • You are proactive, taking responsibility for your SAP domain and ensuring it runs smoothly.
  • You are result-oriented with a critical attitude toward results, processes, and quality.
  • Experience and interest in the energy industry are seen as a plus.
  • You speak Dutch fluently and English at a business level.
