ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Stock Room Consultant to join our team at the Factory Outlet in Roermond. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and driving loyalty to the brand.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the stockroom team to ensure efficient stock management, including receiving and processing merchandise deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and operational goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales trends, and customer preferences, and use this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a retail environment, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Advanced product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
