We are seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator to join our team at Blyce. As a Test Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software solutions.

• Conduct detailed manual tests on our complex applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve high-quality results.
• Coordinate tasks such as risk analyses, test planning, and reporting to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide advice and recommendations.

• Hold an HBO work- and thinking level.
• Have work experience as a tester and experience with coordinating tasks.
• Hold an ISTQB or TMAP certificate.
• A Test Manager certificate is a plus.
• Reside in Curaçao or the Netherlands.
