Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Intern to join our team at Virtuagym. As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Recruitment team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Publishing jobs in our ATS and managing candidate pipelines, including conducting video screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting in the offer stage.
- Working closely with hiring managers to keep them aligned about the progress of the recruitment process.
- Publishing jobs on different job boards.
- Managing the recruitment inbox.
- Supporting the Recruitment team in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines.
- Participating in recruitment-related projects, including employer branding initiatives.
- You are a Bachelor or Masters student in your 3rd or 4th year at an EU university.
- You are a communicative and creative individual with a willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to define priorities under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch would be a plus.
- Available for a 5/6 month internship, working 40 hours per week (32 hours can be discussed).
- A monthly internship compensation.
- Remote-friendly: you can work from home in The Netherlands/Germany whenever you like.
