Job Mission

As a VDI Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational health and delivery of VDI services, as well as developing new VDI services. You will work closely with the "Business as Usual" support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Description

You will be a member of the IT End User Services team, working in an Agile-DevOps team of Engineers. The team is responsible for multiple initiatives and changes, as well as the execution of different roadmap initiatives in the Virtual Workplace Area.

You will drive these initiatives based on your expertise and enthusiasm for change. Your strong focus on quality and ability to act according to agreements is a must. You will also be a driving force to improve and innovate our services with a strong end-user focus.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
  • 3 years of relevant working experience as a Citrix specialist
  • Technology platform knowledge of Citrix VDI and/or Azure VDI
  • Senior-level skills on Citrix Xen Desktop, Citrix Xenserver, Windows 10/11
  • Medior-level skills on Netscaler (Access gateway only), hyper-converged infrastructure (preferably Cisco UCS), MS Azure and Citrix cloud, Redhat Linux (supported by an ASML Linux expert)
