About the Role:
The Michael Page team is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our client's team in Breda. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve quality performance by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Support third-party and customer audits for the CCT site by ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
- Perform incoming inspections to ensure defect-free material flow and prepare Certificates of Compliance (COCs).
- Conduct internal audits of the quality management system and prepare trend charts for key quality metrics.
- Interface with external customers and suppliers on quality-related issues and identify supplier quality non-conformances.
- Manage supplier performance through DMR and provide input to customer complaint investigations.
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented corrective action plans and ensure full compliance with all documentation related to the quality management system.
- Actively support EH&S rules and regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience in QHSE & Quality assurance.
- Proven Quality System auditing experience and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience with Quality Management System Software (MasterControl) and working directly with customers and suppliers.
- Advance knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Associate degree with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Quality Management System standards (i.e., ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, IATF).
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing and previous experience working in a quality role in the European Union.
- Experience in a cGMP environment and ability to accurately measure materials using standard metrology equipment.
- Problem-solving experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
- Experience working with a manufacturing ERP SW application and proven experience working remote from corporate function.
