Position Overview:

In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring and moderating platform content, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

This includes reviewing and moderating content and advertisements to ensure they comply with company policies and regulations, handling sensitive material, identifying and reporting potential risks related to platform content, working closely with internal teams to mitigate risks and maintain a safe and appropriate user environment, and keeping precise and up-to-date records of moderation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure all platform content complies with company policies and regulations, including handling sensitive material.
  • Risk identification and reporting: Identify and report potential risks related to platform content.
  • Collaboration and communication: Work closely with internal teams to mitigate risks and maintain a safe and appropriate user environment.
  • Record-keeping: Keep precise and up-to-date records of moderation tasks.
Qualifications:
  • A strong grasp of compliance standards and risk management principles is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English are required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this position.
  • Competence in using computers and relevant software tools is also required.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy are essential qualities for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
