Job Title: Financial Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at Dedicated People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all aspects of accounting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process company invoices, payments, and purchases, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the general ledger.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and summarize financial records and statements for external reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the preparation of VAT returns, withholding tax returns, and corporate tax return preparations.
  • Oversee the administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Handle salary payments, social premiums payments, and other financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with tax payments and other financial obligations.
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in accounting, preferably in an international organization.
  • Knowledge of Dutch accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven working experience as an accountant, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Eligibility:
