The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in a warehouse role managing employees and will be proficient in warehouse procedures and policies.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve set goals.
- Organize processes to ensure smooth operation and compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and assessments to teams, as well as performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with rates and implement corrective actions as required.
- Analyze and coordinate procedures between areas and departments.
- Comply with internal safety regulations and external standards such as AEO and OSHAS.
- Represent GXO Logistics towards customers on their demands and opportunities to support their business.
- Focus on continuous improvement techniques, quality management processes, productivity improvement, and cost control within operations.
- Determine root cause and implement solutions for issues.
- Supervise and develop staff, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable law.
- Report daily operational performances and developments during weekly meetings.
