Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair tools, appliances, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Order and stock parts and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and other technology.
- Operate power lifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
- Complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump run tests and generator run tests.
- Assist in the development of disaster response protocols and respond to guest repair requests.
- Previous experience in mechanics, plumbing, and air-conditioning is required.
- Previous hotel maintenance experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to speak English and understand basic Dutch is essential.
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.
