Job Description

Our company, Synsel Techniek, is a renowned player in the chemical industry, seeking a highly skilled KAM Consultant to join our team. As a KAM Consultant, you will be responsible for managing our KAM systems, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and working towards continuous improvement of working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safety assessments and compliance audits in energy production facilities;
  • Develop emergency and evacuation plans for large energy installations;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to minimize safety risks in energy production and distribution;
  • Manage environmental reports and analyses to meet industry standards;
  • Initiate programs for ongoing improvement in safety and environmental management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, with additional qualifications in quality or environmental management;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a KAM-related role, preferably in the chemical, energy, or construction sector;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain KAM policies and procedures;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience leading audits and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools for KAM management.
