Accounting and Administration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled accounting and administration professional to join our team as an Accounting and Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

About the Job

  1. Purchase Ledger Management
  • Process invoices, verify data, manage payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Project Administration
  • Handle financial reporting and reconciliation for promotional activities, ensuring cost accuracy.
Expense & Travel Reimbursements
  • Verify, process, and manage travel and accommodation reimbursements while ensuring compliance.
Accounting & Bank Transactions
  • Reconcile accounts, manage invoicing, monitor bank balances, and streamline cash flow.
Secretarial & Credit Card Administration
  • Perform administrative tasks, support meetings, and manage corporate credit card transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: MBO level, trained in the field of business administration.
  • Oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.
  • Relevant work experience in the administrative sector.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • A service-minded attitude and good interpersonal relationship building skills.

Our Benefits

  • A gross yearly salary in the range of 40K-48K.
  • A 13th month and 8% vacation allowance.
  • 32 vacation days and 5 scheduled days off.
  • Travel expenses/home office allowance.
