We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team at Lely. As a key member of our technical support department, you will play a vital role in creating and updating high-quality technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain technical manuals, instructions, and other documents for our automated feeding systems, including the Lely Vector and Lely Juno.
- Collaborate with product development, documentation specialists, and international colleagues to ensure our documentation meets user needs and expectations.
- Analyze data and feedback from the field to identify gaps in our knowledge base and work with the team to close these gaps.
- Develop new training courses and expand existing ones to ensure technicians worldwide are well-prepared to maintain and use our systems efficiently.
As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation that is essential for the correct use, installation, and maintenance of our automated feeding systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure our documentation meets user needs and expectations.
You will contribute to the development of our Lely Troubleshooting Advisor app, ensuring that these documents meet the needs of our customers and users. You will also analyze data and feedback from the field to identify gaps in our knowledge base and work with the team to close these gaps.
Within your role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including product development, documentation specialists, and international colleagues, to ensure that our documentation meets user needs and expectations.
