About the Role:

As a Process Controlroom Specialist, you will transform available data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external partners. The primary goals are to maximize productivity and guarantee delivery reliability.

  • Develop and manage operational processes based on accurate data analysis.
  • Effectively handle incident management to minimize downtime.
  • Optimize production planning efficiency by analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Maintain performance on various key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide expert advice on optimizing warehouse processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Create end-of-shift reports for internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed HBO education with a focus on logistics or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a logistics or production environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, showcasing analytical capabilities and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Availability to work full-time and flexibility to work in three shifts.
