We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our Development Materials team within the CMC Science & Technologies department at Genmab. As a key member of our Logistics & Release sub team, you will be responsible for managing the CMC inventory and distributing materials to development groups across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and goal achievement.
- Report and release critical batches to the CMC inventory, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Optimize and improve logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of requested materials and services.
- Manage inventory, processing and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Address and resolve logistics issues promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with industry-related experience preferred.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment, adhering to established procedures.
- Motivated by delivering high-quality output and working within a quality system.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and adjusting as needed.
- Background in logistics and proficiency with logistics software and supply chain management is a strong plus.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated, with a strong service-oriented attitude.
