Werk bij een vleesverwerkingsbedrijf in Boxtel. Je werkt in een kleine team waarin je ervoor zorgt dat mensen over de hele wereld een stuk vlees kunnen genieten dat dagelijks door jou en je collega's is verwerkt en verpakt. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 5 tot 6 mensen die je leidt.

De onderneming is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, het station is ongeveer een 10-minuten lopen. Als je met de auto of fiets komt, is er genoeg ruimte om te parkeren.

Functiebeschrijving

Zijn jij beschikbaar voor een langere periode en heb je technische kennis?

Als Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel in de productieproces. Je begint je dag tussen 06:00 en 07:00 en drinkt een goed kopje koffie met je collega's. Je ontvangt direct een aantal oproepen van je collega's omdat een machine is gestopt. Je rent naar de machine en herstelt de storing, terwijl je ook de onderhoudswerkzaamheden op de machine uitvoert zodat dit direct gebeurt. Je houdt altijd de voorgeschreven technische specificaties en richtlijnen in de gaten. Omdat het een voedingsbedrijf is, neem je ook rekening met de wettelijke en bedrijfsregels betreffende hygiëne en veiligheid. Elke week bespreek je met je manager hoe je de efficiëntie, productiviteit en winstgevendheid kunt verbeteren.

Nadat je een storing hebt opgelost of onderhoudswerkzaamheden hebt uitgevoerd, registreer je de producten die zijn gebruikt en noteer je storingen in logboeken.

Functie-eisen


• Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een voordeel;


• Je hebt technische kennis;


• Je bent beschikbaar voor een langere periode volledig.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden


• Een brutourloon van € 13,27 per uur afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;


• Je bouwt 10% feestdagen uren;


• Je bouwt 8,33% feestdagenverlof;


• Een reiskostenvergoeding boven de 10km;


• Je bouwt pensioen na 8 weken gewerkt;


• Een fulltime functie met de mogelijkheid tot vast dienstverband als het voor beide partijen goed uitkomt;


• Je werkt voor de opdrachtgever via Olympia.
