Job Title: Operator (Saturday)

At Dujob, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our team in our EPS recycling facility. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machines, including the shredder, to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Perform regular checks and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain cleanliness of machines and work environment.
  • Identify and independently resolve equipment malfunctions or seek assistance when necessary.
  • Actively contribute to improvement initiatives and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Operator in a similar industry or environment.
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00).
  • Passion for technology and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Good command of the English language and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
