About the Job
Introduction
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the growth of HZ as an international community. With a diverse student body of over 750 international students from more than 100 countries, we are seeking a dedicated professional to drive our international student recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating our international student recruitment activities, developing strategies to attract students from around the world, and working closely with our study programme managers to optimize our recruitment efforts. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from planning and executing recruitment activities to presenting intake figures and analyzing data to inform our strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in English and have experience in international student recruitment, preferably with a bachelor's level degree or higher. Additionally, you will need to be willing to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a gross monthly salary between €3,246.85 and €5,170.32 for full-time employment, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization. You will also have the chance to work on various projects and collaborate with colleagues and international partners to drive our international student recruitment efforts.
