Voici ce que vous allez faire :
- Manipuler avec précision les machines de mélange et de remplissage, en veillant à un processus fluide.
- Exécuter avec soin les recettes et les cartes de batch pour garantir la cohérence de nos produits.
- Effectuer des contrôles de qualité et travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe qualité pour maintenir les normes les plus élevées.
- Effectuer des travaux d'entretien préventif sur les machines et les outils pour garantir que notre ligne de production fonctionne à son maximum.
- Surveiller et ajuster le processus de production pour garantir la qualité de nos produits finis.
- Un salaire compris entre 2 500 et 3 500 euros par mois, en fonction de votre expérience.
- Un contrat à durée indéterminée, vous offrant la sécurité pour la longue durée.
- Un poste à temps plein de 40 heures par semaine avec 24 jours de congé et une flexibilité pour les 13 jours de congé annuels.
- Des formations internes qui contribuent à votre développement professionnel.
- Une indemnité de déplacement et un congé payé pour vous récompenser de votre travail acharné.

Nous recherchons un Operateur motivé avec un regard pour la qualité et la sécurité.
- Un diplôme de niveau 3/4 en procestechniek ou un domaine similaire.
- Une expérience avec les machines de mélange et de remplissage est un atout.
- Un certificat VCA et une connaissance des procédures de sécurité.
- Un collaborateur team player avec une approche précise et une capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Une disposition à travailler en équipes de nuit.
