Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to lead our mechanical and mechatronics engineering projects. This role will be responsible for driving project success, fostering a vibrant and productive work environment, and contributing to the long-term growth and excellence of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers to achieve their highest potential, ensuring a balance between driving them to meet defined timelines and shielding them from unrealistic demands.
  • Provide clear direction and set expectations for the mechanical team, defining the long-term strategy and driving the organization based on these strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with program managers to supervise project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project completion.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Promote continuous learning and development to ensure the team maintains a high level of technical competence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and academic institutions to facilitate innovation and knowledge exchange.
Requirements
  • University degree in a technical field or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.
  • A minimum of 10 years of technical experience in a high-tech industry environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a group of managers who, in turn, supervise a large team of engineers.
  • Proven record of successfully leading and inspiring dedicated managers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and road-mapping capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
