Pursue a challenging role as a Logistics Security Specialist with us. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in protecting our customers' interests and intellectual capital. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operational compliance of our security systems, ensuring seamless collaboration between our organization, systems, technology, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to safeguard our customers' assets.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the security of our Arvato locations in the Netherlands.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safety policies, systems, techniques, and legislation, providing expert advice to our teams.
  • Manage security suppliers and oversee the quality of services provided.
  • Document risks and develop reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure business continuity management and maintain operational quality standards.
  • Support audits and maintain certifications such as TAPA-A.
Requirements:
  • HBO-level education, preferably in a field related to security management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or similar software).
  • Affinity with technology, camera systems, detection/alarm systems, and access control systems.
  • Familiarity with TAPA-A certifications.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
