As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. This includes maintaining the vending machines, replenishing stock, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company's vending machines, including cleaning, refilling, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure that stock levels are adequate and that machines are fully stocked at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure that machines are fully operational and that customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic technical skills, including knowledge of vending machines and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
